Overview
Butthole Tattoo Artist Simulator is a 2D adult visual novel for players who want small-town comedy mixed with lighthearted exhibitionism. It plays things absurd rather than serious, keeping a breezy tone throughout.
Story
Leo Pujols arrives in Las Nalgas to open a butthole tattoo parlor, and the town splits over what to make of him. A group called Collective S.H.A.R.T. rallies locals against his business, while a council election, an arts festival, and an unresolved attack all churn in the background. The player's choices shape how far Leo's influence spreads and how the town responds to him.
Gameplay
Days are spent choosing how Leo occupies his time: talking with residents, catching the local news, or opening the HumBull dating service to meet wives and girlfriends around town. The core activity is tattooing itself, using a point-and-click stencil system to design and place ink on clients. Conversations and choices feed into the town's ongoing political and social tension, giving the daily loop some weight beyond the tattoo work.

Installation
PC 1. Extract and run. MAC 1. Extract it 2. Drag it into the Applications folder 3. Because I am considered an unknown developer by Apple, you will likely have to go into settings->privacy to allow it to be opened.

- This is not the monthly update, just a small tech update to fix bugs that broke stencil positioning in the last one. This version also allows you to select all the tattoo stencils you want to use at the same time and drag and drop them all at the same time, making it a lot easier to adjust your vision!
