Overview
From Another World is a 3D adult visual novel for players who want a slow-burn harem story with a darker undercurrent. The tone mixes everyday domestic drama with a growing sense that peace was never really settled.
Story
Alex loses his parents in an interdimensional war and grows up in an orphanage until a portal accident pulls him out of his own time. He returns seven years later to find his home devastated and a fragile peace in place. Rebuilding ties with childhood friends, he tries to settle into a normal life of work and caretaking, but the calm around him feels increasingly staged.
Gameplay
Players guide Alex through daily routines of work, socializing, and looking after the friends he reconnects with, gradually uncovering what's off about the world's new normal. Relationships deepen through recurring interactions and choices that shift how far each character drifts from who they were. Corruption and group dynamics factor into how these bonds evolve over time.
