Spermatosis

Spermatosis is an animated visual novel for players who enjoy character-driven smut with a comedic streak. It leans into absurd premises and warm moments in equal measure, without taking itself too seriously.

Story

The setup follows Liza, or Kevin depending on the player's choice, after an unusual medical condition leaves them needing a very specific and inconvenient cure. The catch is that Liza is a lesbian and Kevin is straight, which turns a simple treatment into a running source of awkward, funny, and oddly sweet complications as they navigate it.

Gameplay

Players pick their protagonist and move through narrated scenes and dialogue that mix humor with explicit content. Progress unfolds through chapters that add new scenes, art, and character moments rather than branching systems, with the story told primarily through reading and choosing how each encounter plays out.
