Overview
The 21 Desires is a visual novel built around blackjack for players who like card games paired with adult content. The tone stays light and teasing rather than heavy.
Story
The setting is an underground casino where every hand carries more than money on the table. Players climb from entry-level tables toward more exclusive ones, with three separate worlds — Straight, Gay, Trans — each offering its own path through the house and its own rewards for those who keep winning.
Gameplay
The core loop is blackjack: play hands, move up through tables, and build a collection of animated cards as rewards.
