Overview
Welcum to the City is a 2D dating sim for players who enjoy family-centered romance stories with a slower, domestic pace. It keeps its tone warm and grounded rather than dramatic.
Story
After losing his father, the protagonist takes his stepmother up on her offer to move back into her home, alongside her daughter. Returning to a place tied to his childhood, he finds that everyone involved has grown up, and the old family dynamic doesn't quite fit anymore.
Gameplay
Play unfolds through a sandbox structure where days are spent moving between home and city locations, talking with the household and neighbors, and slowly building trust and closeness with the women around the protagonist. Simple cooking and daily-life minigames break up the routine, and choices in conversation shape how each relationship develops over time.

Adjustments and Bug Fixes:
- Translator: the writing box now works like any other text box. Click where you want the cursor, drag to select, double-click to grab a whole tag or the words between two of them, and erase a tag in one keystroke. Tags and variables are colored apart from the words so you can see at a glance what not to touch, and the preview now shows the line exactly as the game shows it, names and colors and all. Accents and symbols also type normally again.
- Bathing Animation: left an option to disable the mechanics of bathing minigame for weakest devices, leaving only simple animation.
- Bug Fix: infinite money and perks can now be switched back off at any time, and no longer break dates.
- Bug Fix: you no longer gets in an infinite loop when seeing your step-sis changing clothes in her room after the bathing content. For now, you just go back to hallway.

- Translator: you can now translate the game from inside the game itself. Open it on the Language menu or by pressing SHIFT+T anywhere, search for any line you want, see the scene it belongs to so you know what it's about, and rewrite it with the original right below as reference. Everything you write goes straight into the translation files, ready to be sent, and you can even start a brand new language from zero.
- Date System: refined date system mechanics; interface; and dialogues with your stepsis's. Now, you can better chose paths of fun; romance; or spice, and also kiss your stepsis. For that, make your romance points highest than spice and fun, and above 40%.
- Food Court: there are food options that you can buy how much you can to boost your date score.
- Photobooth: different reactions and even the choices on your photo affect the date score results.
- New Scene: bath together with your stepsis. For that, she needs at least 60% lust at the end of a date, and have done the first kiss.
